Landscape Visions & Strategies

S-LAB + MSA, UK 2024

The Master of Architecture Programme at the Salford Laboratory of Architecture (S-LAB) and Master of Landscape Architecture programme at the Manchester School of Architecture (MSA) co-organized an interdisciplinary postgraduate symposium on Tuesday, 16 April 2024, with distinguished guest Professor Jala Makhzoumi, an international scholar and esteemed landscape architecture and ecosystem management educator. A total of 35 MArch and MLA students participated, showcasing how they consider Landscape Visions and Strategies in their design approaches and outputs.

I co-organized this event with my colleagues, Dr Laura Coucill & Dr Derek Hales (UoS) and Dawn Parke and Sandeep Balagangadharan Menon (MSA).
